How fast will my server be ready?
We provision servers by hand and usually have them running within a few hours of confirming your order — always within 24 hours on business days.
How does payment work?
You don’t pay anything when ordering. After we receive your order we contact you with an invoice and payment instructions; your server is handed over once payment is confirmed.
Which operating systems can I run?
Thirteen Linux distributions including Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and openSUSE. Need something else? Ask us via the contact form.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — contact us and we’ll move you to a bigger plan. Your data stays in place; only a short reboot is needed to apply new resources.
Where are the servers located?
In two datacenters in the European Union, giving you low latency across Central Europe and full EU data jurisdiction.
What does 99.7% uptime mean in practice?
At most about two hours of unplanned downtime per month — and in a typical month there is none. We monitor every host around the clock.
